I know how to use the slide card and move it to the right make the tray pop out, and put in the back up and push it in and move it back to the right, but none of my backups will play, So i went back and read some SLIDE TOOL TUTORIALS to see if i was doing it right, and some of them said (so did my friend - -) You have to move it ALL THE WAY TO THE LEFT, but the Ps2 Pin wont move more then half way...please help! and tell me if this is a bogus step or not.

All the way to the left means where it can't go anymore, so if it stops in the middle of the tray (where you originally grabbed it from to open the tray) then that is fine.

ok are you using swap magic or action replay/gameshark?
at what point is the boot process failing?
    what exactly happned?
what type of dvdr discs are you using?
what speed did you burn at?
what software did you use to create your image?
what software did you use to burn it?
is it a paticular game thats causing problems or lots of different games?
