(Slimtype SOSW-833S) can't read DVD-R

    Hello
    I have an Acer Laptop (Aspire 3003WLMI), And I have a problem with its DVD (Slimtype DVDRW SOSW-833S VRS2).
    ---
    DVD+R Media: working very good
    DVD-R Media: was working, but now It doesn't work.
    ---
    I updated its firmware from VRS2 To VRS3 and then To VR04, but DVD-R still isn't working, although It was working.
    Is there Any cause for this problem, And can anyone help me with this problem that I've experienced from it.

    can you test out the dvd with another computer. Maybe the dvd media is mess up

    I'm also having the same problem. It's not the media. I think it's a coomon problem but I'm yet to find someone whos cured it.
