After having some problems with my other video media, i deleted all my codecs and installed the total DivX codec pack. It fixed all the other issues, but now my asf files play out of sync with their audio. It starts off sounding slower, but returns to normal speed after a few seconds but is about 2 seconds behind the video in terms of play. If you've got any clues or ideas, don't hesitate to make a sugestion.

Do you have the Latest WMV 9 Codecs installed??? ASF Files have a Tendancy of getting Corrupted so maybe you can run the File through a Program Like "ASF Tools" which can Fix the Stream if there are any problems with it...If it is Just a problem with the Playback of the File you Might try Converting it to a Different Format, I usually use a Program called "Stoik Video Converter" to convert ASF/WMV files to AVI format useing the HuffYUV Codec which is Lossless so there is no Quality Loss when converting to this Format...well good Luck

It seems to be a sound problem, my music files play the same way. I ran Gspot and it tells me everything is fine (this would not be the first time Gspot has been wrong). I don't think the converter will work, do you know of any audio codecs?
