My computer is running very slowly. My computer shuts off after a certain period of time, I get messages....then asked if I want to report this problem to I believe windows. Has anyone used "finallyfast.com"? Is it worth it? i have windows xp norton antivirus I am a REAL BEGINNER with computer issues. My warranty ran out on this computer. I would like to fix this myself but not sure if I should purchase finallyfast.com OR take to computer repair shop to Totally clean up all the unwanted uneeded junk on this computer. i do scans with norton antivirus, disk scans, spysweeper, etc. Help
