I have Limewire and I used to be getting speeds of 100kb/s but recently i cant even get 2kb/s. Ive tried Morpheus and kazaa but both produced the same results. I dont know how to use bittorent so i would prefer just to get my downloading speed for limewire back. Any suggestions???????

I tried both and they didnt seem to work. I took the router off and plugged the ethernet cable directly into the modem and that didnt help. I disabled norton and windows firewall and go no results. I added the port number to the windows firewall to open it also and had no luck.
Who's your ISP??, they may have placed a anti p2p policy, speak to them and ask them if theres a bandwidht limit for p2p software, sounds like that may be the issue. Randomizing port's with your software could be of use.
