Small Crystal Chip question.

    Ok, after I install it, do i have to flash the chip with the hacked firmware (v24) right away? burn it then just put it in?

    Yeah burn the bin/cue file to CD and flash it. It's the same process as burning a PSX/PS2 CD-ROM game.
