Im looking for a program that allows you to make a small picture bigger without the picture being pixely.

Or a program to take an existing picture and when you zoom in, it adjusts the pixels etc so its still clear and not pixely. You see it on TV all the time on shows like CSI and stuff to zoom in and make things clearer, but im not sure what to look for. Any help would be great, thanks

Sorry, but your post made me laugh. Those fancy zooms on TV shows and in movies, where the cops zoom in on a picture to show a tiny detail -- guess what? They are fake! You can't do it in real life. There is no magic way to get detail that isn't there. TV and movie computers can do all kinds of amazing things that real ones can't.

What happens often is that they simplify things. For example. In reality, if the police want to trace where a cell phone was at a certain time on a certain date, they can (afterwards) ask the phone company to supply usage records and cell location information.

That would be kind of boring for Joe Sixpack so they show the cop lady with the nice chest and cute keister pressing a key and hey presto! a map on the screen with street names and a big red blinking blob with beeps shows to within 2 feet where the villain is located in real time.

Okay but how about programs that can minimize the pixelization if there is such a word.

There are programs like Photoshop and Paintshop Pro They are called "image editors". They have various kinds of smart resize where the creation of artifacts is reduced, but like I said before, to find detail that is not in the picture to begin with is magic, not computer science.
