Hi guys, as you all can see, I'm new here and I have a small problem with one of the files I am trying to backup. I have sucessfully used the "Convert a DivX or XviD AVI to DVD" guide (available http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/convert_avi_to_dvd_page_4.cfm) to burn one of my DivX files to a DVD, but there is one I have been having trouble with recently. The file is 25 fps PAL, with mpeg layer 3 sound. I fill out all the steps in the guide very carefully, but when I get to the bitrate page, it becomes impossible for me to reduce the bitrate below 2000, and the file is still said to be 128.70% of the disc capacity, which of course will not work. Here is a screenshot of the problem: As you can see, TMPGEnc reads the file as being 311 minutes long, and I honestly have no idea why, the file is 1 hour and 59 minutes and I see no reason why it should be showing up as that. I'm pretty sure the problem is somewhere within there, but any advice that could be given would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! -- Ben
