I have around 60 gb in various folders that i want to back up to dvd. (single layer). i am having trouble finding a program that will take the single folder (that contains many many other folders) and split it up across however many discs it would take to fit. i also dont want any of the folders to get broken up in this process. i dont want to waste any disc space and it would take me a very long time to manually set up each disc to burn. anyone got any ideas?

have you considered making all 60gb into RARs that are split up so as to utilize all 4.7gb and use less dvds

i pretty much figured it out but it really doesnt save disc space (compression). it would also take my computer like 23 hours to compress all that. got any other ideas? basicly i just need a program that will split up 60 gb into 4300mb chunks. thanks for responding.

if thats the case then i don't know what to tell you other than be prepared for the long haul of RARing all 60gb and just get it over with
