   my smart ripper has all of a sudden stopped working ,it will rip up to 20% then stops .can anyone help me

   I use that program to rip dvd's to mpeg1's. The only problem Ive ever had with it, was when the disc was dirty, or scratched.
   If your just trying to rip to your HDD, to burn to a dvd then,why not use dvd decrypter?
