Problem backing up a purchased DVD of Smurfs. Any idea what version of DVDFab would work on this movie? If backing up movie only what # of movie should I be trying use?
I am having problems backing up Smurfs as well i have tried using Dvd Shrink and Dvd Fab version 8.1.3.6. and ripit for me no success either way. I keep getting a error message something about error while reading! Please choose what to do. And when i hit the button to either ignore or ignore all it just runs but doesn't ever read the dvd. I even went as far as downloading a trail copy of any dvd to run in the background but I am not familiar with this program so maybe I am not doing something right. Can anyone help me please. I am still fairly new at doing this kind of thing. Thank you.
