hi folks, 21-11-08 a vi//in cable guy called at a house in our road & asked could he check the equipment that a neighbour was using. lucky he had just finished nights & was home. he was legit, but was refused entry. he said he was checking all equipment in the area due to high levels of unathourised use of "black box's" he took offence and was shown the gate. i spoke to a source who works for the cable company & he said that their is a small team checking area's that have high levels of basic package, where no 1 has xl tv. has anyone heard of this in any other area's. we are on merseyside. is this legal?
