Ok...got me a DVD player that can play DivX stuff, I also have a tonne of movies that can't fit onto a single CD so I've resorted to splitting the files and make VCD's instead however none of the programs I've used can actually successfully split the file. VirtualDub makes each part 750Mb+ despite me following the guide to the letter. AVISplitter and a few other free ones I've used annihilate the films by causing tearing and glitches throughout 90% of the split files. I even tried a few AVI>DVD programs, they either get an error or in the case of AVI2DVD I get no options in the Audio Stream dropdown list thus I can't start the process let alone complete it. Should I just fork out cash for VSO ConvertXtoDVD? Does it work all the time? Because I don't want to pay for something and get the same issues or other issues. Or are there any other free programs you folks are aware of that I could try? Thanks in advance.
