Socket 478 or Socket 775

Now i am just wondering which one of those Intel processor is better the processors with socket 478 or the processors with socket 775 ?

 

I'm talking from about a year back now, but the 478 is more friendly to overclocking if you don't go above 3.2 and the 775 has a faster BUS, but im not to sure with the new core duo i know the Intel Core 2 Extreme X6800 2.93GHz in 775.

 

So in other ward the 775 socket is faster in ordinary use but the 478 is better for over clocking right ?

 

can't qoute you on that, but that about as much as i know.
