SOFT MOD w/bigger hard drive

I just got my XBOX softmod but I want a bigger HD. Can I get a HD thats already programmed? So all I have to do is remove the old HD and replace w/a new 1? Is this possible. Please help

 

y u want a bigger hd? to get gasmes on it? u should just go buy one of those modded xboxs w/ 320 gigs, lcds, neons, executer chip n yea. if u think about u can rent games from blockbuster or w/e put them on your hardrive, repeat. in the end u save so much mula

 

I wish I can afford it. I know that will cost alot of money. Without buying a new/moded XBOX, Can I still change my HD?

 

i would read up on you can buy i brand new one and reformat it using your pc and xbhdm(xbox hard drive manager) but i dunno if you can buy one thats already ready to go but you probably can.
and this way would definately be cheaper than buying a new xbox thats already modded but it would take more work and patients.

it depends on how much u want to spend on one and how many games you want to put i think an 80 to 100 gb will work but the more the better but you will have to fork out more cash.
i believe http://www.xbox-hq.com has the xbhdm but i cant remember where i got it from.

Also when I put a game in the XBOX it doesn't even load and I'm not able to play the game. It plays DVDs though. Not sure what or if I did anything wrong.
