soft mod XBOX plus new HDD can't play some original games

I soft mod my xbox, and it works fine with the original hard drive. But when I changed a bigger hard drive (80GB), it became weired.
Some original games can play with the original HDD, but won't work on the new one. With the original HDD, I can even play some burn games with no problem.

Could you guys help me to figure it our?
BTW, the dashboard is UnleashX. I tried both version 0.37 and 0.39, but no luck.

 

Clear the E:\CACHE folder
