ok im usualy good with this kinda stuff (psp)ive been trying to softmod an xbox for the past 12 hours. i am getting highly irratated at this point. ok i guess im just going to tell you guys what i have been doing so you can tell if heres a beter way or if im not doing sometinright. first i started off making a usb adapter to use a usbdrive( id buy a real xboxmemory card but i dont have the money) this was a sucess. the exbox read my usb drive i was able to copy a test save from the xb hardrive to my s drive. i changed the drivers .inf with my usbdrive id key and vendor key i used action replay 1.3 my usb drive showed up so i put theSoftmod.Installer.Deluxe.4.5.Nknave.Edition.Xbox-Hq files/splintercell ntsc save but once i put it in the xbox it erased it again once i putit back in the computer error your drive failed to enumerrate so i did every thing ovr again still no luck. so now i update to 1.4 same thing ar wil not read it i even formated the drive n all three formats. every time i put it in e xbox it ether says its damaged or it erases even if ipull it out and put it right back in. the las programe i tryied was xplorer360 it reads my usb drive after every time the xbox formats it but after i put the usb drive in the xbxo it ether erases it aan or says its damaged. grrrrr im tired and cranky i put the zip files the inside of the zips and the inside of udata on at different times still nothing. i guess what im asking should i try something else is there something wrong with my usb drive it seems to be compatible sorry ifthere are letters missed out of words or no space were there should be. my keyboard is scting up if i seen letters that were missing i fixed them but i dont think i got them all
Alright first things first... What game are you using for SID? Which tutorial are you using for the flash drive memory card hack? Do you know everytime you insert that drive into the xbox if it's not formatted in fat x it will format it and you'll lose all your data? If i were you i would plug in the flash drive and format it. Then plug it into the comptuer and use action replay to throw your save to the flash drive. When it's all done try it again and if it still doesn't work i have a few things for you to try. Remember to leave me links so i know which tutorials you're using.
thanks anyways i finnaly got it to work i believe its was my usb cord i mad and my usb drive thaat wasent working so i made a nother one and used my psp 32 mb instead worked perfectely i tryied the psp memory card first but it said it was damaged all i had to do was format the psp memcard with the psp then i did every thing over again and it worked first time
