they cant sue unless they have a good reason. if it hasnt hurt anybody in any way, they will not let it pass. i agree that it doesnt come with a standard ac cable to plug it into an outlet, but sewing for it will just be dumb to me.
If you don't have a PC, how are you supposed to use an iPod? If you are so bothered about charging via USB, then why not just purchase an AC adapter? The owness is not on Apple this time, it's on you.
"$330+tax with out a powerlet charger piss me off" Ok this is retarded. Apple definatly made the correct choice for this decision. Chargers COST MONEY. What do you think a charger just appears in the box when the Ipod is made. NO! They knew that Ipod was already expensive. They were trying to SAVE YOU money. They figure it a person needs the charger, they can go get it for themselves. Your 330$ ipod would of been about 350$if charger was included. And you are really being dumb because if you wanted a charger SO f(&^ bad, you would of spent the 15$ to get one, but oviosly you didnt want to spend the money..... THE CHARGER DOES NOT COME FREE IN ANYTHING! IT IS ALWAYS JUST ADDED INTO TOTAL COST! APPLE DEFINATLY MADE THE CORRECT CHOICE!
No they aren't, they are saving themselves money. The 4th Generation iPod came with a wall charger, yet it retailed at the same price. There was no way they could increase the cost of the iPod when they added video playback capabilities, so they compromised on the AC adapter.
