Softmod / FTP can't see files

I just softmoded my xbox. That was fairly easy. I know have evox M8 installed on my xbox HD.

I then FTP pc to xbox. That works fine. I can see all seven folders. When I open the D drive without a game in the try it shows that there are 61 files in there. Remember - No Game in at this point. So I figure I will put in a game and then FTP and see if i get some more files in the D drive and then i will just have to weed those files out because there are those 61 other files in there. So i put the game in and FTP and there are still no signs of files for the game anywhere.

I am very confused as to what to do at this point. If anyone has some suggestions or something to offer it would be greatly appreciated!
