I used to have a soft modded xbox that could get on xbox live without getting banned. So i stopped playing xbox for a while and reverted back to the ms dash. I just started getting back into the xbox so i re-modded my xbox with the saem softmod as before but now when i try to sign in to xbox live it says start trubbleshooter then says contact customer support. Does anyone know of a way to get on xboxlive with a softmoded xbox?
um, probably since the new update, the mods u used to have wont let you sign on. maybe u should try to sign on wtihout mods. if you still cant, its not because of the mods its cause of ur box. its most likly ur box, cause i used to softmod too and even when my account was banned, i still could sign on.
yeah i used to be able to sign on and this happened once before but i can't remember what i did to get on...something with my router i think not sure
