Hey, I bought an xbox a while back to mod, and use as my home entertainment system. I had a friend do the softmod too it, using the mechassault vulnerability. I ran UnleashX as the primary dashboard for about 2 years... but I almost always kept XBMC running. Well, last night a few of us took our xboxs to work, and a co-worker was going to transfer the new XBMC over to my XBox, and set my dashboard xbe to load it as the default... but one of the xboxs locked up during the file transfer, and now I have no xbe to boot my xBox into my unleash X dashboard... And I get the Japanese text every time I try to turn the xBox on. There is a 16 in the top left, if that means anything... Please help!
He gave me a boot disk, but my xBox won't boot from it. It just goes right to the Japanese text, even if the boot disk is in the drive.
