Software For Batch Renaming "Folders" In Windows

HI

Can anyone recommend a software program for batch renaming of "Folders" in windows?
I do wish to sound bigheaded but I know how to rename folders singularly and I have a program for batch renaming of files.

This is the one I use, it does files and folders. You say you have a file renamer already but I bet after you try this you will use it for both. Very powerful.

Didnt knw there were programs to catch rename folder, thought it was only for files.

Why would anyone need to batch a whole set of folders anyways
