Software for downloading videos from websites

I am looking for a good program for getting videos off of websites, like ebaumsworld.com

I know they are in flash player format.

 

i too would be interested in this

for such videos as youtube, programs and websites exist to download the videos

but the only way i work around these problems for other websites is to record a video of your screen (complying with legal/copyright laws mind you).
