Hey, I'd like to know if there is a way to solit the internet connection between 2 PCs using some software if not a way to do it, it's because when I am Downloading things with bittorrent the whole network becomes really slow and then my Dad can't really go to the internet that slowly, so any help with this would be apreciated.
