look around the forums and download mobile phone tools v3.11 find it and download it also go to download.com and download winrar open mpt with win rar unzip the file then go to bongowireless.com and go to the download area download the p2k driver for whatever you have windows me or xp watever from there plug in your phone and the install shiel wizard should start up
