Software genuine box how

Hi all, I know everybody has been really busy trying to get their boxes updated with the new software. But I need help. I have a genuine starview and I can download the gtrom loader. However when I try and download the software it seems to be a zip file (which is meaningless to me) and it keeps asking me to buy something or other. Can anyone please give step by step instructions on how to sort my problem and if this question has been answered can you give me a link. Thanks a million for all your help folks

 

How do I open a Zip file?

After you have installed WinZip, you can open a Zip file by double clicking it and choosing "Unzip or install from an existing Zip file" in the WinZip Wizard. (If the WinZip Wizard does not open by default when you start WinZip, just click the Wizard button in the toolbar). The WinZip Wizard will guide you through the process of unzipping your file.

Its in Eamos FTA Libray, (Starview Firmware Folder), at the end of my post Cryptstar Genuine for genuine boxes Cryptstar257 for clones, but please make sure what type you have first before flashing.

 

What gtrom loader do I use for putting the software on the genuine box. Thanks guys
