Software, Media Combination which worked!

    I would like to collect personal experiences with working (!) software and media combinations in here. If you have positive experience using a specific software and media type, please, add it here by replying to this thread.

    For me this combination worked:

    PS2 with built-in Mod Chip
    Burner: Hewlett Packard
    Software for creating image: DVD Decrypter
    Software for burning image: DVD Decrypter
    Media/DVD: Verbatim -R 4,7GB

    DVD Decrypter (my first choice) and NERO (my second choice)
    FUJI, Verbatim, Maxell, SONY and TDK (as in order)
    SONY DRU 710A BYX4

    DVD Decrypter (my first choice)
    Sonic Record Now (if i have no choice!!!)

    Mr DVD +r's for me, cheap as chips but always work :)

    clonedvd2/alcohol 120/dvd decrypter
    pioneer 108 dl burner(always been pioneer)
    media....any of these

    ridisc's ,ritek dye go4
    datasafe dvd-r,go4's
    verbatims

    the only ones that have failed me are ritek's GO2'S, GO5'S

    Pioneer 108 burner same as Hursty
    Ritek G04's
    DVD Decyrpter usually or nero if it needs rebuilding.

    -Dvd Decrpyter for everything; but next would be Alcohol
    -(1) Philips 4x dvd+r; (2)HP 4x dvd+r
    -I/O Magic burner :p
    -pstwo slimline

    Hasn't failed yet for me :)

    Philips 8X DVD-R or TDK 4X DVD-R discs
    Sony DRU-700A burner

    works every time.

    ► DVD Decrypter (1st and only choice....so far) read/write @ 4x
    ► Taiyo Yuden 4X DVD-R media
    ► Sony DRU-720A
    ► Swap Disks v3.3
    ► PS2 v7 and PSTwo Slim with flip tops
