Software Question

    Looking for "Good" software that will let me convert IFO files to MPEG plus allow me to remove TV Commericals from DVD (and maybe vhs recordings also). Prefer easy to medium learning curve, if possible.
    Any suggestion appericated.

    Only thing comming to mind is nero, but wait for other posts, there's some people really good at this.
