Software to download "ungrabbable" Flash files...?

    I've been noticing a lot of websites are getting "smarter" about letting people download videos from their sites. You used to be able to look at the source of the page to get the URL of the location of the .swf or .flv file, or use a program to download it for you, but now it seems it's a bit harder than that. How would you go about downloading files that don't (or I don't know where) cache to my hard drive? Here's an example:

    http://www.guitarplayertv.com/

    There's a firefox etention called videodownloader that can do this for you.

    Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, I've tried the "VideoDownloader", "FlashGot", and "Download Embedded" extensions. All yield the same result from these kind of pages, just downloads the embedded flash player of the site. Those extensions work best for YouTube and Google video and those kind of sites...
