Is anyone aware of a software tool that can be used to lock and then unlock, when desired, a group of computers?

An application of this for instance would be a teacher in a classroom wanting to lock the childrens computers so they wouldn't be able to use them while the teacher is talking, and then unlock again when they want.

    Thanks.

XXI, knockoff the caps lock as is refered to as shouting which is a forum rule no no.
    9. No ALL CAPS MESSAGES or you will be banned (you know, turn the caps lock off before you type anything).

There is a program called HandyCafe. Its used by internet cafes. you have to install the client software on each pc. If its for a school, then i guess this is possible.

Thanks for your suggestions. Looks like the school that needs this has no budget for it (as always) so it's free software only. I've found one called iTALC but I'll also be testing HandyCafe now (wonder if it has ads...?) as some say iTALC is a little unstable.

    Cheers!

Not that this is the right forum or thread for this, but check out examcollection.com

Also google ccna on any torrent site for exam prep stuff. I assume you are actually learning it though and not just brain dumping the exams, the amount of paper mcse's and ccna's nowadays flooding the market are really filling the sector with unqualified people who have been driving down the earning potential of IT professionals for years. Anyway, you know that, for exam prep examcollection.com is good.

Are you mad? This has nothing to do with mobile phones.

EDIT: Last posters message seems to have disappeared...
