I was wondering if anyone knew of any software that would allow me to program one or multiple buttons for various lengths of time. I've looked around but can't seem to find one anywhere. Zoom player seems to give you the option, but it appears only in dvd mode. It would have to be compatible with mpegII files. Thanks so much for any suggestions
mplayer. defaults are left/right +/- 10 frames up/down +/- 60 frames pg up/pg down +/- 600 frames You can easily change the default values or assign as many new keys as you like. It also tends to perform better than dshow based players and is far more flexible.
It's cross platform. You can find my windows compiles here: http://ffdshow.faireal.net/mirror/mplayer/ or you can use someone elses or compile it yourself.
celtic, thanks for the help, i got the file playing, but how do i edit the config file to change the instances of the various skips? they all seem to only skip 3 seconds at a time.
Notepad would do, although it might have unix line breaks, so I guess wordpad or ultra edit, etc. Basically any text editor. Page Up should skip more than 3 secs.
