I feel stupid asking this but I got a v3 Razr for my birthday and it came with a mini-USB connector, I linked it to my computer but a message requests a CD-ROM that didn't come in the package, I called the place where the phone was purchased and said that the CD-ROM doesen't exist and I'm a liar or something since I said my source was the internet. I saw a picture of the CD, so I would assume there should be one. well since they're douchebags I wanna know where I can get one?
I found the software but something is wrong, I installed and connnected the usb to my phone but it says that my phone is not detected after compleating 90% or connection establishment.
with the phone tools, did you go through the set up? there is a specific time that you have to plug in the phone, you can not just plug it in and then run the disc.
