Softwares to create a webpage

I was wondering if anyone know any simple softwares that i can use to create a webpage; by simple i mean a software that has all the layouts for you and all i need is to add text or images to it.

Notepad lol is the proper way of doing it

or if you are inexperienced there is:

Dreamweaver
(and most commonly) microsoft front page

You should really use google but really it depends how advance you are
