[SOLVED] Possiblity of getting banned on Xbox Live

What are the chances of getting banned by minor updates on Xbox Live or by the 12701 dashboard coming out with the IXTREME that came out yesterday

 

There is no guessing it just came out yesterday the future cannot be predicted either your going to take a chance and use it or not. I tend to think your at risk the minute you change the firmware. My theory is that if you log onto xbox for the first time ever with the firmware already on then you should be safe but if any where along the line you change that firmware xbox live can detect and will ban you the next wave. Its just a theory I'm sure someone who's been following this more intensely will tell me no but its what I think.

 

so you suggest that i get LIVE or not if i use a IXTREME flahsed console?
