Help us help ya Dusty. Are you trying to watch the copies in a player connected to a tv or just watch a DVD in your computer?

Are you using different media? And what version of XCopy Xpress are you using?

No new encryptions - more likely poor quality media.

If you want a proper answer, provide some relevent details.

Dusty - do you have Nero Burning Rom 6.x? If so, once your try DVD Shrink, DVD Decrypter with DVD Shrink, CloneDVD2 with AnyDVD or DVD2One you'll wonder why you ever invested in the 321Studios "XCopy" or "Xpress" products. I have about $200 worth of 321 software - none of it installed. With the freeware DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter you can rip, reauthor or backup the entire DVD and burn it with DVD Decrypter or Nero automagically.

Now that doesn't fix your Xpress problem but IMHO any of the ripping, compressing and burning combinations above is far better than Xpress.

All the above problems are 'semi-typical' Xpress and X Copy problems as well as blank media problems.

With my NEC ND-1100A and ND-2500A burners I have virtually no problems with and +R or +RW media. My 2500A does have some problems with -R media but I can overcome 99% of them by dropping the burn speed to 2-2.4X.

    later & luck-
