Some Channels appear to be in 4:3 format

Hi all
I notice that some channels on my S******w 3 appear as 4:3 aspect ratio but the same channel on Freeview is 16:9 , any know why ? I have 16:9 set up on thw Sview box.

It's the way the firmware on the boxes is made don't think there is anything you can do about it.

 

if its the same as the the box u just press the blue button for full screen
