I have a Starview box and recently some of the channels stopped coming in, while the rest of them were fine. I just did a factory reset and tuned it all back in using a manual scan. The channels that had stopped working are now completely gone from the list. Anyway that I can get them back?

I've found the frequencies for manual tuning but they're not coming in. What 'Symbol Rate' should it be? Do I change the 'Constellation' and should the network scan be enabled or disabled? Sky Premier is gone, as is all the Setantas and Animal Planet.

Do an auto scan and also check that the EMU is on,press menu enter 1570 look down the bottom of the list it brings up and you'll see 'kEY EMU' if it's off turn it to on.

Check that the symbol rate is set at 6887 and the constellation is set at 64 QAM and you can set network scan to enable if you want mine isn't enabled makes no difference in scanning for me

The firmware needs to be updated also but that shouldn't stop you from receiving channels, how many are you missing or are not working ? Also do you know if you have a clone or genuine box ? If you dont go to the link at the end of this post marked clone or genuine comparison or you can count the vents on the top of the box to see also
    18 slots x7 rows = Clone
    25 " x7 " = Genuine

Are we supposed to have all the channels that are on that list? I wouldn't say we even have half of them. Does is matter that we're MMDS? It's an original box.

I have lost all the 323.000 chanels. Had them originally, just last couple of days they went. Did an auto and manual scan, but now they are completely gone.

It sounds like A: you are not able to get them in the first place via mmds or B: if you had them then it's a fault on N*L's side and they'll come back on when the fault is fixed or N*L may have deliberately withdrawn the channels that you are missing from their MMDS service in some areas.

We definitely had them before anyway. I'll check with friends who also have MMDS in the same area and see if they're still getting the channels.

    Thanks.
