some fast advice on unlocking my nokia 3120b

    I desperately need the unlocking codes for a nokia 3120b, imei#355028003712678. the phone is currently locked to Cingular. I wish to link it to T-Mobile for which I have a new Sim card. I heard that I have 5 tries to enter this code? What happens if this fails?

    Any help appreciated
