I want to be able to overclock it just a bit (like to be on the safe side)and what could it be overclocked to? i want to play good games i have a nVidia FX 5700 256... and 768megs of ram and also would the "system last" for future upgrades on faster CPUS... It looks like a good buy over all. I'm not sure about overclockability and Athlon 64s, so maybe someone else could help you with that. I do know that Socket 754 isn't produced anymore or it will be soon. 939 is the new socket. It's very unlikely that you'd be able to upgrade the processor in the future for that socket.
