    i am trying to softmod my xbox with splinter cell cuz its the only one of the 3 games that you can use that i have so what do i use to install the soft mod PAL or NTSC i dont know some one plz tell me

    They have stickey on to mod....But If you live in North America it is NTSC and If you live in Europe it is PAL
