have v4 ps2 no chips no mods at all. i wanna use my hd to store and play ps2 games off of it. or is it easier to simply burn copies of games because i do have a dvd burner. i have hd loader but for some reason it doesnt work on newer games im finding out and it is the first release hd loader disk. any suggestions?????
depends on how badd a$$ you want your system to be. Here are your options. 1. if you have a fat PS2 you can try using a memory card exploit that is newer and has better game compatibility. http://www.exploitstation.com/ 2. you can buy the newest loader disc which is HD Advance 3.0 3. you can get a DMS4 Pro modchip installed in your system which after it is flashed with the newest firmware will have a built in HD Loader program. (most expensive of the options for sure, but also the best) as far as burning discs, for that you will need to get either the modchip installed. Or get Swap Magic and a fliptop to do that. your unmodded system will not play a game that you burned a copy of.
