Ok, you are clean now but what happened to your Bitdefender? Install an antivirus These are good (free) antiviruses: AVG Antivirus --> http://www.grisoft.com Avast --> http://www.avast.com That Norton remaining is still there... Open Notepad -> Copy the following lines to it sc stop SNDSrvc sc delete SNDSrvc Save the document to the desktop as ServicesRemove.bat and FILE TYPE -> All Files Then go to the desktop, run ServicesRemove.bat and answer yes to any questions. Post a new HijackThis log so we can see if that norton is now gone...
