Something is infested in my PC and can't clear it up

I did all the scans that are suggested. Found a virus, trojan and some malware. Deleted that. My system is still messed up, including Outlook. I had to get my email online and all my msgs that I've ever sent to a hotmail account were resent and then rejected. I redid the AVG Spyware scan and nothing is showing up. Nothing is showing up in the virus scan either, but I know something is there. Did the CCleaner as well. Every time I restart my pc, there is a different Windows Explorer error and needs to close. Any help, please?

I can quarantee they will fix any issues. Make sure you update their definition files prior to scanning and make sure you do a full scan with each one.
