Something's Gotta Give

    Has anyone had success backing up "Something's Gotta Give"? I gave it a shot with DVDFab Decrypter and the reading process hung. An attempt with DVD X Copy Platinum also failed. Is this DVD protected in some ultimate way?

    You probably have a scratched, smudged, dirty or imperfect disk. Try cleaning it or take it back and get another original. This movie is older with nothing special about it that DVD Decrypter or DVD FabDecrypter cannot handle.

    I have backed up this movie using ANYDVD and Clonedvd2 you may have a bad press.

    Thanks to both of you. I'm going to try cleaning the DVD before exchanging it.

    If you have trouble copying any movie. Start the movie first...It will break the code.

    The exception to that rule is a Sony movie...Can't copy without special software, sooooooo why bother?
