    hi everone

for the past week or so it keeps switching off as if it's updating or somthing
but now the screen freeze's and it stays that way untill i actually switch it off from the back or turn off from the plug but when i switch it back on again it does exactly the same thing ,i can here the sound but the screen stays frozen.
is my starview dead what can i do to fix this problem.
i updated my firmware for the first time about 3 weeks ago and since then this has been occuring
it is a genuine starview it's definetly not a copy

Thats the correct firmw@re for a genuine SV1.
Double check your Scart lead, & make sure its in the TV slot at the back of the b0x & pushed in fully in the TV.
