I have a HP Pavillion a250n running Windows XP. I am the administrator (MOM) and my son (trumper) has his own sign on. We sign on next to an icon selected that is on a blue page. Anyway, he restarted for whatever reason and when the system rebooted a traditional Windows log in box showed on to of the desktop wallpaper . . . stating that only an administrator or the user trumper could unlock the computer. However, when I try to type a username in the box a bleep sounds whenever a key is pressed on the keyboard. Any ideas? Thanks :-0)
