    I backed up a dvd to my pc and played it on my tv from the pc.

    It showed up in letter box format? is that normal? I am pretty sure it was a wide screen version.

    I just got the tv last night so I am not sure of all the settings.

    Its a Sony Bravia 46" HD LCD
