sony dcr-trv14e pal

    have a dcr-trv14e but it wont set up on my computer because it says that its not compatible with windows vista had the camcorder for 3yrs so i lost the disk with it bought the camcorder 6 months ago could somebody help

    Just use a Firewire connection to connect it to your PC. That is plug'n'play so you don't need any drivers or anything. And the quality of the transfer is the best you can get.
