I can not make a dvd. I can't view a dvd. internal error would come up. I can make a cd. I can copy a dvd and cd. What is wrong. Here are some of the messages come up. "audio source plugin error. The system cannot file the file specified." When I try to play am dvd , this comes up,"Internal error. cannot bulid graph. The application may be installed incorrectly. I had the sony 810A installed.
