As stated, I have a Sony DRU-810A DVD burner..
I run it with Nero, Alcohol 120% and Discjuggler.
    I'm using TY DVD-R (Note the -R)...
For some reason, I can only burn at 2.4x or above... Never 1x or 2x, which is standard for the DVD-R.
I have been getting alot of coasters, which I don't really use for coasters anyway, I take them to the range and use them as targets....
I have upgraded my firmware to the most recent version, as I have just checked 5 minutes ago.
Also, it seems that my old burner made much better copies with junk princo DVD-R media...
I thought I was doing myself a favor buying this new Drive with the good media...
    pffft, was I wrong...
Any Ideas what i can do to fix my problems?
(Even if I have to buy a new drive, I just need to know what I should do.)
    Thanks...

Also, I have my DVD running with DMA enabled, and with my Nero Benchmark, I'm getting an error "Invalid Field in CDB (052400)"
I have no Idea what that is...
    Thanks for any help..

Burn speed can depend on the speed of your media. Like 16x media only support speeds of 8,12,16x.
